The international standard UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015, which withdraws and replaces UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008, specifies the requirements of a quality management system when an organization needs to demonstrate its ability to provide regularly products or services that meet customer requirements and applicable binding requirements and aim to increase customer satisfaction through effective application of the system, including processes to improve the system itself and ensure compliance with customer requirements and applicable binding requirements .
All the requirements are of a general nature and foreseen to be applicable to all organizations, regardless of type or size, or from the products supplied and services provided.
Ceam is now officially updated to the 2015 edition of the ISO 9001 international standard.
