Information notice pursuant to Article 13 of the REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) – Processing of personal data collected from data subject
Pursuant to Reg. UE 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) we provide you the due information concerning processing of collected personal data in accordance to art. 13 of the abovementioned Regulation.

Personal data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can directly or indirectly be identified, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, a location data, an online identifier or to one or more specific factors to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity (C26, C27, C30).

Recipients or categories of recipients
Provided personal data will be shared with recipients who will process them as data processors (art. 28 Reg. UE 2016/679) and/or as natural person acting under the controller or processor’s authority (art. 29 Reg. UE 2016/679) for former purposes. Namely, data will be communicated to: Subjects providing services for the information system management and communication networks (including E-mail boxes); Offices or companies in the context of assistance and consultancy relationships; Competent authorities for compliance with legal obligations and / or provisions of public bodies, upon request; In case of Administrative and accounting purposes, data could be transmitted to business information companies evaluating solvency and payment habits and/or relating to debt collectioning. Subjects belonging to the aforesaid categories act as data Processors or in complete autonomy as separate data Controllers. The list of processors is constantly updated and available at the registered adress of Data controller.
Data transfer to a third country and/or to international organisations
Personal data provided will not be transferred to countries outside the EU.
Provision and refusal
The provision of personal data for the purpose A), conclusion of contract, the provision is a necessary requirement to enter into a contract. The refusal of the provision involves the impossibility to enter into a contract.
Data subjects’ right
The data subjects have the right to obtain from the Data Controller access to personal data and the rectification or erasure of the same or the restriction of processing that concerns them or to oppose the processing (Articles 15 et seq. of EU Regulation 679/2016). To exercise the rights, you may contact the Data Controller – email: privacy@ceamitalia.it. The data subject who considers that the processing of his personal data occurred in violation of the provisions of the EU Regulation 2016/679 has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Garante privacy – www.garanteprivacy.it), as set forth under art. 77 of the EU Regulation 2016/679, or to exrcise the right as set forth under art. 79 of the EU Regulation 2016/679.
