CONCEALED HINGES FOR DOORS
MODEL DRILLING TEMPLATE
The drilling template, composed by a main structure and two inserts, allow the millworker to create two slots to properly place Ceam
concealed hinges and it’s manufactured in a 55mm thick anodized aluminum plates.
The strenght of the materials will guarantee a precise
execution of the slots made with a manual pantograph (EU standard 27mm collar and 16mm bit – US standard 5/8” collar and 10mm bit).
For each hinge model, two types of inserts (separately supplied) need to be used: one to execute the wide slot and the other for
the depth one.
Extension poles
With a nylon ring, they allow to fix the wanted distance of the slots on the door – both left and right – and on the frame.
Blocking clamps enable the fastening – on the door or on the jambs – of the template for the execution of the slots.
Very important for the correct use assembly of the insertion. The reference stamped on the template and the code on the
insertions on the same side.
